What happens if my printer breaks down?

Your subscription includes full service and support. For the Kyocera model, we guarantee next-business-day service. For the Xerox model, we provide same-day service with a 4-hour response time. If we can't fix it on-site, we'll provide a loaner machine at no additional cost.

Can I upgrade or downgrade during my rental period?

Absolutely! After the initial 3-month period, you can upgrade, downgrade, or add equipment at any time. We'll simply adjust your monthly subscription fee accordingly. This flexibility is one of the key benefits of our rental program.

What happens at the end of my rental period?

Since our program runs month-to-month after the initial period, you can return the equipment anytime with 30 days' notice. We'll coordinate pickup at no cost to you. You can also choose to upgrade to a newer model or continue with your current equipment.

How quickly can you deliver and set up equipment?

We maintain inventory in our Twin Cities warehouse and can typically deliver and install within 1-2 business days of quote approval. For urgent needs, we often can arrange same-day delivery for equipment in stock.

What if my printing needs change dramatically?

Our program is designed for flexibility. If your volume increases significantly, we can upgrade your equipment or adjust your page allowance. If it decreases, we can modify your plan accordingly. We'll work with you to ensure you have the right solution for your current needs.

What's included in the monthly fee?

Your monthly subscription includes the equipment rental, all maintenance and repairs, toner and supplies (except paper), remote monitoring, and automatic supply delivery. The Kyocera package includes 2,000 B&W pages/month, while the Xerox package includes 1,500 color + 3,000 B&W pages/month. Additional pages are billed at a low per-page rate.
